Our DBA are not only certified in Oracle and MS SQL but they have a solid background of Web and application programming, scripting (ASP, ASP.NET, and JAVA) The DBA will familiarize himself with the custom applications which are running on your site to support daily inter-department operations. He will be working the normal working hours Monday to Friday and will also be available on-Call if needed.
We provide DBA's at two different quality levels to give you the flexibility to choose the service which best suits you. All DBA's are capable of effective administrating database. However, DBA's at the senior level have stronger admin skills than those at the junior level.
Our 24/7 teams will compliment this package by providing mission critical support on a 24/7 basis, I.e. if your dedicated DBA needs extra bodies to work alongside with him in critical times, he will have a pool of highly qualified DBA’S to assist.

The DBA will be connected to your Network remotely with a secure VPN connection or via our web-base management tool which gives full/partial/custom access to any desktop/server in your organization.
