MCSEs, RHCEs, MCSAs Certified System Administrators are available to carry out your system administration tasks. We provide Red Hat Certified Engineers (RHCEs), and Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSEs) / Microsoft Certified System Administrators (MCSAs). Windows system administrators have either MCSE or MCSA certification.

Your assigned system administrator would work exclusively for you throughout your daily service period, and would not be assigned to any other customer during that time.
We provide certified system administrators at three different quality levels to give you the flexibility to choose the service which best suits you. All technicians are certified (either RHCE or MCSE/MCSA). However, technicians at the Premium level have stronger system administration skills than those at the standard level, and technicians at the Gold level have stronger system administration skills than those at the Premium and standard levels.
